Our pastoral care team brings emotional and spiritual support to our parish family and at times, beyond, the broader community. For those who are isolated and housebound, unwell and in the last stages of life. For those who are unable to attend worship services and other activities, we come to you, at home or in hospital. Our pastoral care team provides in house communion (reserved sacrament), as necessary and are regular visitors to our local residential facilities. Visiting, listening and being a presence is a central focus of our daily ministry.
We are blessed to have a strong pastoral care team, including our clergy and lay members of the parish who are committed to the care and welfare of others. Our time with you is confidential, and based on the commandment to love, and in our listening and ministering, there is no judgment.
We are committed to a strong visiting program, and are happy to receive requests from you. Clergy are always available for prayer and sacramental ministry, visiting and telephone conversation.
If you have any pastoral needs, or need our listening and reflecting with you, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
